Welcome to the Osteopathy Practice Body information page!

A huge THANK YOU to all of my amazing practice models who generously volunteered their time between 2022 and now. Your support helped me gain the hands-on experience I needed, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of you.

My practice schedule for the next month is now fully booked, so I’ve temporarily closed my booking page. I’ll be back with a full schedule as soon as my licensing comes through in April.

I’m really looking forward to seeing many of you again soon. Thank you for being part of this journey!

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a holistic approach to healthcare that uses gentle hands-on manipulation to address asymmetries and dysfunctions within the body's anatomy. By correcting these imbalances, osteopathy can effectively enhance the body's function and improve the ability to perform everyday tasks.

“Osteopathic Manual Practitioners are functional anatomists who use manual therapy to restore proper body mechanics, nerve impulses and circulation by removing motion restrictions where needed.” OstCan
